Dave, aka "Fritz", has been in the project management field since 2006. A finance and real-estate background along with hands-on construction experience were pivotal stepping stones. Having worked for large corporations, a boutique firm, and a general contractor has created a varied and extensive perspective to the business having managed large teams of people, corporate headquarters projects, and national accounts. He has managed over 300 projects worth over $300M in his career. His pursuit to define the highest and best service level possible drove him to start Firstracks. Dave is married to a girl way out of his league and has five energetic sons (three adopted from Africa). Marriage, fatherhood, and church are the cornerstones of his life. He enjoys skiing, mountain/gravel biking, running, hiking, and backpacking with his family and friends in his free time (what free time exists as a father of five).
Sara, aka “Louns”, is a project management veteran who has worked with over 125 clients managing project work in excess of $750M in value over her 25 year career. It started with a love for design then quickly developed into an infatuation with watching the design idea become a space, a place or a dream for the people involved. She never looked back. Sara’s career started in-house at a large fortune 500 company which parlayed to a small, local Denver firm and then launched to two large corporate real estate firms for the last decade. In 2017, Sara packed up and left Denver for a stint in Austin, Texas, where she took a turn managing a market and a team of project managers. With a love for live music, in all its shapes, forms and genres, it only seemed natural to give that city a whirl and try surfing on water vs. skiing in mountains. However, after six years, the gig was up - the heat suffocated her and she boomeranged back to Colorado. Her friends, family, Red Rocks and the mountains brought her home – she’s here to stay.
