Dave and Sara have been friends and colleagues for most of their careers. They've always shared similar styles of project management. In the early days, working on opposite sides of the same projects, this style resulted in positive outcomes for their clients and each other.  They were confidants and trusted partners from the onset. They finally found themselves in the same office just a desk apart in 2015 and enjoyed working together so much that when they both moved to new ventures they shared a common itch to go into the project management business together someday. Dave and Sara both love Colorado, the outdoors, and a shared love of skiing with friends and family. Sara moved back to Colorado, Dave moved on from general contracting, and the stars aligned for FIRSTRACKS to be born after some intense brainstorming in the Fritzler living room one evening.
